200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

Spring 2027: 13 March – 3 April.
Autumn 2027: 30 October – 20 November.

The programme includes yoga practice, philosophy, anatomy, breathwork and meditation, for those seeking to deepen their practice or learn to teach.

DLN Travel can help arrange flights, insurance, transfers, nights before or after the training and travel extensions in Costa Rica. Places and programme conditions are subject to confirmation.
